ABOUT ME

Holly discovered through her own personal healing journey the importance of self-awareness.

At the age of 23, Holly turned to drugs and alcohol to cope with the death of her mother. After filing bankruptcy, two arrests, loss of jobs, multiple trips to rehab and many attempts to stay sober, Holly is now in long time sobriety. Holly learned early on that it was not a moral failing or that something was wrong with her, that drove her to this lifestyle. Rather it was the traumatic experiences which lead her to seek substances to cope with the pain.

Holly knew others like her needed understanding, compassion, support without the stigma, biases and judgement. Becoming a Certified Recovery/Life Coach, Certified Level One Trauma Informed, Certified Family Recovery Specialist and a Certified Recovery Specialist allows her to meet individuals where they are on their journey into sobriety. Along with support group meetings, professional therapy, Holly assists them in areas that may be limiting them from their full potential.

Acknowledging that majority of our suffering stems from generational/complex trauma and the impact the ACEs (adverse childhood experience) we are taking a therapeutic approach to curate your recovery journey.

Holly has taken to her passion by speaking to high school and college students, particularly nursing students in the greater Lehigh Valley, bringing awareness, education and training surrounding opioids and fentanyl. She is very passionate about helping others who struggle with Substance Use Disorder through education.
